There are millions of stories across the African diaspora: stories of movement, identity, resilience, creativity, struggle, joy, and connection. Too many of them go untold, overlooked, or reduced to stereotypes. Afropora was created to help change that.

Afropora is a media platform built to celebrate the African diaspora through storytelling. Through mini documentaries, short films, comedy, live music and events, and real community experiences, we’re creating a space where people of African descent, and anyone who values our culture, can see the richness of our shared global story.
